Please help me identify which channel balancers I have here. Every shoe was broken in pieces so I couldn't determine which model they are from what I see on your site.

That is for Windows channel balance 1/2" width.

the above armature (with meqasuring tape was fastened to the peice in the other photo to form a "tee" that kept window in algnment as it opened. looking from the inside the window hinges on the right (and opens on the left). Hello I just bought two new Sash Carrier Assemblys from your site (Item # 15-272) because the old ones broke, see pics. But there is no way to get the metal pin from the old balance through the hole in the new assembly because the new assembly is solid plastic. Is there any way to do this? Do I need ... (cont.)
