A bracket holding the lock assembly bar on an awning window broke. The house is approximately 20 years and the AAMA certification code for the manufacturer is WND-1 which I think is Window 1??? How do I get a replacement part?

Here are the broken ones. They are supposed to have a little plastic clip at the top that holds the string on the side that keeps the window balanced. The plastic clips keep breaking off.

I believe it is a soft close system, in which the height alignment of the front pannel of the drawer is also done. The spring is missing and the hook that holds it is broken. Photo 7003 is the outside view and 7004 is the inside view of the part. Numbers 6.1.1 / 7836
