I need to learn how to put my window back in bottom window back in just to slide up and down now it's free and is heavy and dangerous I need to put it back in the way it was before where it would stay up or down and now it won't this is very dangerous

The slide is 17 inches long and the one attached to the drawer is 14 3/4 inches.

The length is 42", 9/16" wide and 5/8" deep. I send a pic of the number stamped looks like a 4040 BS1 ? I need 2 of these as my window has one completely missing! If you can help that would be great thanks Randy
