I'm trying to identify this window latch. I will need replacement latches and balances for several of these windows.

Holds the screen in place at the top of the screen, latch pins are used to secure screen in the bottom.

PLATE 596.290.91.00 HINGE 225B CAN THIS HINGE AND PLATE COME IN A SOFT CLOSE VERISON?

Two windows have parts like these that have broken. Can you advise on the correct replacement part so I can order?

Looking for a roller assembly or roller for a Viking Window. The part is 1 7/8 at the base, 1 3/4 tall, 1/2 wide. The wheel itself is about 5/8 diameter. Or if there is a substitute available that would be great. Thanks.
