Hello Swisco, I have a client with a sliding patio door (Pella) and she would like to be able to lock and unlock the door from the outside as well as from the inside. Hi there. A customer has a couple of windows with broken cranks. I see some numbers/identification on the first picture that might be helpful. Do you recognize these? Her windows are cranked open and she can't close them.

I'm looking for (2) latches (lock asm and cast escutcheon) and striker stampings (door frame part). Door glass says CTG Tempered, 16 CFR1201 II, SGCC 1804 1/8 U. Latch has 537-45 on it. Might be interested in new handles in black.
