Have a patio door handle that actuates to open the door. There is a faceplate on the inside of the door with a wheel with gears on it that are mostly missing so no longer functional. Do not see anything similar on your site.

For single hung, vinyl, tilt in to clean replacement windows I purchased at Home Depot most likely 10 +years ago. Previously made an inquiry, but did not include measurements. Apologize for the duplication.
