Sash window balance. Stamped 19.5

I contacted Reiss Manufacturing, they no longer make this part he suggested that I contact you.

I have a window number #1002231142. On the actual coil it says: sm 6 d 8 23:48 35" I am looking for this part. I think it has 3 coils in each assembly. Also do you have a video on how to replace this specific part on this window? Thanks!

Greetings, The metal portion of the Channel Balance is 28". The stamp is 2730. I would like to replace both Channel Balance of the Alenco window.
