I've attached photos to my windows and the broken plastic parts to two windows in my Rottlund townhome that was built in 1995. The part slides in a track of the window. I believe you have one product that looks like this but I'm not sure about the whole alignment. The gentleman that put these in said he made these so I hope finding this part isn't too difficult

This is a lock to an unknown brand window

The plastic hook got broken, door is probably 25 years old.

Attached is a picture of a crank handle from a high rise condominium window. I have a kit of different size T handles so it appears I need 7/16" spline. Colour doesn't matter although I need silver, I can paint it. I would like a collapsible version. Andrew
