Need to replace the window crank which it's a truth 30905 I need a replacement for the right window if I'm looking out it from the inside of the house if that makes sense

I have a couple of broken latches for the top of my window. I cannot find a part number on the window. Do these pictures give enough info to see if you have replacements?

Hi there, There are 2 coils on each side of the sash(Double hang windows). I can't find the weight and type on the broken coils. If window is condensation with no fogging- is it possible the seals are not functioning properly. The paint is failing on the inside- seems like a vaporization issue- because the stiles and rails on the windows and sashes are still in serviceable condition. .
