Amerimax window ~ 22 in. By 56 in. Hinges are failing and window can fall out. The hinges were replaced once about 8 years ago. Need hinges for 2 windows, one left and one right. Thank you Rich

So I've been on a journey to try to replace a broken tilt latch in one of my windows.I first tried one bought from Lowe's and it fit in the slot, but the spring mechanism didn't work. These are part of double hung Anlin bathroom windows.

Window is not staying up, I believe these part need to be replaced. It measures 12" and it's about 1/2 wide.
