Hi - the one on the LEFT is the original (foam has corroded away). the one on the RIGHT is replacement. Note, the flange on the new one is too wide to fit in the track. Is there a similar product with a narrower flange? Maybe 3/16?

Hi, My windows have a circular insert in the top of the sash for raising and lowering with a pole hook. It is a sort of aged brass. I'm describing it as a "window sash flush mount pole hook insert" but I'm not getting any google hits that look like it. Thanks, Mike

Truth 25251 is cast into the part. 07302003 1446 is laser printed on the operator. This is from a Marvin Infinity window circa 2003. It seems to be very similar to your part 39-172 but the arm is 5 in whereas my arm is 4 1/2 in.
