This is a 3/8 overlay hinge with a 3/4" throat that wraps around the edge of the cabinet frame. The only markings on the hinge are 1967 CAN. They came off Quaker Maid cabinets and the documents say "Swisco" hardware.

Hi SWISCO,My window channel balance is somewhat odd. It has roller at the end the length is 25.625 (25 and 3/8) inches. I could find my balance in any other place. Handicapped brother leaned heavy on door in 2022 and crushed bottom hinge. Brother-in-Law rigged it to work temporarily, but that is crumbling. Is this the part needed to fix my issue?

The weather stripping is from Accuweld 2300 series double hung windows. The measurement of the base extension is 1/2" and the diameter of the bulb is 1/2" also.

these doors were installed in 2001. The weather stripping is a soft plastic without anything in the center. Each door is 23 inches wide. The writing on each door is as follows: CTC Tempered, 16CFR 1201 II, SGCO 1804 1/BU. Please inform me about which weather stripping I should order.Arlene ... (cont.)
