are any of your storm door products hydraulic rather than pneumatic? i'm looking at 40-080, but it's not clear whether this is gas-filled like the others or hydraulic. thanks

I have Empire Pacific windows vinyl series 4200 installed in 2007. Some of the sliders fell off or aren't functioning well. I'd like to get new parts and have my handyman install them.

The windows are old International Windows, circa 1994.The locks are plastic with a metal plate to help open the windows. The hole spacing is 2 1/4" apart.
