I think it might be called a pivot shoe. It's the metal arm that secures the the bottom of the single hung sash. It also can rotate to allow the tilt out feature of the sash for cleaning. There is a part number on it 12310. And a 20 on the other side and an H. I'm open to having the same part in a d ... (cont.)

I need to get a new cover and crank handle for the sill mount in the picture (I also have a mount of the opposite handedness). The mount is about 5 1/8 inches long and I believe the previous house owners installed it around 2006 (+/- a year or so). Which sill mount do I have? What cover and crank h ... (cont.)

My window balancer does not have a marking or stamp. Is there another way to figure out the weight size I need ( specially the weight )

I tried to look up what I needed, but I don't see it. One is 5/8 wide, and the stamped number is 1490 18. When I measure it, it is actually only 16 inches from end to end. The string is broken and the part fell out of the window channel. The number in the window is H-C35-54X95. Marked BR in blu ... (cont.)

The letters printed on one are U B 27C

There's 2" distance between mounting screws on interior latch -- the handle is approx.4" by 1 3/4" -- hope this helps.
