Hello, The lock mechanism on my patio door is starting to be loose. The handle itself is not loose but the lock mechanism which is situated inside the handle doesnt go all the way up or down (won't fully extend) when trying to lock/unlock the door. I can't seem to find either a full handle set repla ... (cont.)

I ordered and installed 39_253LB window operator but it didn't come with white outer cover.

I need to replace this handle. I believe the manufacturer was Prime Window Systems. The door is over twenty years old.
