Windows are "Mastic" around 1999 vintage, channel balance 29" long not including attachment hdw-was difficult to remove from slot. It looks like I will have to cut attachment piece to remove. This is lower sash. It weighs 16.2 lb

Hi. I have this handle and the first white piece in the uninstalled picture is broken. If I can locate that piece from this unknown brand then I can fix my door. The handle is white - about 8.5" tall and hole spaces are 5" apart. Thank you for any help. -J
