This very small piece has one short screw that holds its side of the frame around the tempered glass of this screen door window, and it also has a tab extending from it that keeps the frame on track when the window is lifted up and down on the screen door. I removed my sliding door looking to replace the rollers and I found this bar assembly. The rollers are affixed to it and cannot be removed. No visible branding or numbering at all.

Pivot shoes and spiral balances jam quite often. WD-40 helped in the short term but now there seems to gummy residue building up.Do you have shoes and balances for these Crystal windows?Thank you,Thomas

Having hard time finding parts, looks to be just one big spring not incased in anything.

I believe the guys that installed my door broke it before we ever used it. It's always been hard to open/close.
