The window size is 28 wide by 29 high. The coil and pin broke. There is no marking on the coil to tell me what weight it is.

Will your Product Code: 90-309 work on a face mount keeper and do you have any color other than white?

Hi, looking to for a coil balance. The bottom part is 1 15/32" in height, 13/16" thick, 1 1/4" wide. Spring holder is 1 9/16" in height, 7/8" thick, and 1 1/4" wide. The coil is 3/4" wide.

This piece fits on the bottom of an aluminum sliding window. It's the interior window of a sort of double window set up. I think it's plastic but a little hard to say. Can you tell me what this might be and if you can get them? Best Joe

I need some channel balances, it measures 1/2" x 32" (metal end to end). The marking on the balance is 25 3 ES Caldwell. The window company is Insulate. I think the home was built in 1999. The window also looks like it's bottom loading...pretty sure I can't get the window out.See image with squar ... (cont.)

Don't know if this is from a milgard or anderson (or some other window). I removed as much as I could have removed and provided a bunch of pictures.

The one I got from you is the correct diameter but the kerf piece isn't wide or tall enough. The part I received was 58-114

The first two photos are of the top of the door, the 3rd and 4th are of the bottom. The bottom 3rd pic does not rotate, the 4th does turn but does not protrude below the door.
