Hi I need to replace a number of my channel balances. They are stamped with "27-5 LX CMC 11". I took pictures of the channel balance with the measuring tape so you can see the length. Please help me confirm that 28" Series 380 Channel Balance will work for me. Thank you, Jon

I put in a modular home back in 1995. I believe that has eagle windows and their double hung. Several of the sash ballasters which are Spring loaded need parts. Do you carry such items?
