My technician ran into a tilt pin/sash pivot bar per the attached picture. This was reputedly from a 1995 Windsor Aluminum Clad Double Hung window. Can you identify the pin and what it is from and/or a replacement?

Looks like a spring loaded tab that slides into the rail. Both little tabs are broken and the top half of the window is leaning towards the inside.

Hello! I'm trying to replace a broken one of the attached item but it seems that there are MANY kinds! Can you help? They are 1-1/4" wide.
