Need two 33" Channel Balance for window. The numbers on the channel balance read: 32 3 IW CMC 11. I measure 33" from top to bottom of the metal. I also gave a photo of the window edge for additional help.

These are photos for Simonton windows new in 2005. The coils have have 3.0 on one and 4.0 on the other, so I'm assuming they are 7lb, 2 coil units. The dimensions on your series 140 look correct.
