It is 30 inches not including the plastic ends.

The door was stuck in the lock position and after several tries we were able to get it unlocked and now it won't lock. Please help?

I need to replace one of these looks. The lock is broke. It just freely moves and is stuck in the lock position. Do you have a new lock for this and anynideas how to get it out since it is broke in the lock position. Thank you

I need spiral balance tubes for tilt windows. The white plastic ends at the bottom are the pivot shoes/clips are broken.

Windows came with the house when I moved in. Approximately 30-35 years old.

I need help identifying what I need as well as extra parts that attach to the physical window as they're 20+ years old and are hard to open/close.

Mounted on top edge of lower sash frame. The "latch tab" pivots out of the housing to engage under a extruded "lip" on the frame of the upper sash to lock.

Find Attached photos of balances I need to replace. I have 7 windows and will replace all 14 balances

My single hung window doesnt stay up. The handyman showed that this part is missing from the window. There is no brand name or model numbers written. Do you have this part? Do i also need a new channel balance to go with this?

Can't find a lock like this anywhere.
