Hello, We have a sliding glass patio door that we would like to swap out the handle to have a keyed entry from the outside. Do you know what part we would buy to swap this out?

I am looking for Side Load Balances for Single Hung windows made by Jeld-Wen. The stmp is 20-3 (width 1/2"), which Channel Balances should I choose? Also, should I use Product Code: 16-002 for the Take Out Clip?

The bottom latch of the lock stopped working. It won't move when trying to lock the door manually or with a key. Only moves once I pull on the bottom latch. Any idea what's wrong or how to fix the issue?

This latch is at the bottom of the window and clips the window closed on the window frame. Its a older window and I need 3 latches for 3 seperate windows(3 in total)
