Hi! I just replaced the balances I got from you guys but it looks like another issue I have is the upper piece inside the window track that grabs hold of those balances. It broke off so my window can't catch the balance. What part do I need to replace this? It's from an Alenco window. ... (cont.)

Hi, We have two single hung non tilt Milgard windows that have broken channel balances. The larger window balances say 26 5 BSI. The smaller window balances say 26 4 BSI. I am in need of replacement hardware for my casement window. Both the crank mechanism and the round toothed parts are worn. Please advise as to what part is available. The mechanism that houses the crank is approximately 5 inches wide.

Merrilat cabinets, circa 1989, hidden, self-closing hinges. 1.50" x 1.50" hinge. Depth from center of hinge pin to face of cabinet appears to be 7/16".
