Replacement parts.

Would like to replace 28 latches. Old ones work well but color has faded- they have that yellowed plastic look. Ugly.....See photo please.George

I can't get it to lock. It's been gradually getting worse. Now it won't lock at all. Anything I can do to get it to work again or do I need to replace it. It's not even 2 years old.

I'm only finding "female" type butterfly handles for crank-out windows. This handle has the hex shaft attached to the handle. Do you have a solution? Thanks,

Sent some photos as requested. The insulation is the same size as the part number previously mentioned, but appears to only have one rib instead of two. The pivot shoe is the same size as the part number previously mentioned - 2" x 1 1/4" x 9/16"

Looking for this Pella balance from the 2005-2011 double hung. I think its 32 in in length.
