Hello, I have several builder-grade windows that need their window balances and connecting hardware replaced. These window balances measure 34 inches in length. Also, the spring-loaded clips that allow the window to release inwards. Any help would be appreciated.

The awning windows are installed in a home constructed in 1955. There are no patent or part numbers visible. The crank base is 6" tall, 1 3/4" deep at the base, and 1 " wide. The crank handle is 4 3/4" long. Looking to replace some missing units and need screws for others.

The attached picture shows the type of handle I need. It is a little less than 4 inches long - I don't know the brand of window other then it is not Pella

Moved into a house where the windows had been painted, and the lock keepers were not re-installed. The screw holes are at a distance of 2-1/8 inches. I need two 30 inch wide tracks to replace worn and eight 21?101 bifold door pin caps I believe. I do not know which track to order.

I tried the 58-170 for my door but its mount didn't work right. It wouldn't hold the track. Here is the best images I can get of the plastic mounting strip, looking from the end, that is missing the outer vinyl/foam outer portion. What do you recommend?
