I have 3 windows that the lock has broken off.

The metal channel measures 30"L x 9/16"W. The bottom bracket is non-winged 1 1/8". The top bracket is winged. The numbers on the channel are 29 3 E BSI. I need to replace two windows balance, where can I find the right guy and parts.

My balances are 29" long with Blue tip See pic. Hello, I need to replace the lock on this door. The latch doesn't want to stay up and keep the door locked. I would like to replace it with a keypad entry if possible. And finally I may need the hardware to install the pushbar. Thanks, Russ
