I was given this slider and though it has an indoor lever lock I would like to get a new lock set that would allow me to use the lever lock inside but a key lock system for the outside

We need to replace this broken latch, Amesbury brand, Patent 5.820.170; it measures 10 1/4 inches by 1/2 inch and is 1 1/8 inch deep. We also need to replace the handle that it attaches to, which is Jeld Wen Amesbury Patent D466787, almond.

Need help identifying the window pivot shoe pictured. It has the number 4610108 stamped on it but it looks like your item #15-216. It's not an exact match. The window is an obsolete Pacesetter vinyl window. The balance is stamped 30G. The sash weighs 80#.

Q LON foam-filled weather strip for a roto casement window (strip is in both frame and window). I'm not sure if it's the original. It needs to be replaced because there is a draft coming through where it has worn down.
