I think this is a snap-in latch but it slides in easily as well. I cannot find a name on the windows. Our house was built in 2005.

I have a patio door manufactured by interstate window and door in pitrston pa. The rollers have bad bearings. The roller on the right is the original roller. It has a single mounting hole that fastens through top of roller frame into patio door. Do you have anything like this

I am looking for drawer slide spacers that are 2 inches long. The ones I have seen advertised are only 1 3/4 long so the holes don't match up to the pilasters that are attached to the cabinet and they need to be 1 3/16 high. Length 29", width 1/2", believe Kinco windows is manufacturer (KC-1), this is printed on one balancer, "28 5 AP Caldwell. I will need (2) balancers for the left and right sides. Mr Glen

I have two broken window sash locks that I cannot seem to find locally. The windows are 15-20 years old. I have attached a photo of one of the broken sash locks. Please help if you can.

This is a non-tilt channel balance. It has markings: "12-5 IE5 CMC 75" The width is 1/2 or 9/16", the length of the metal part is 13". The shoe depth is 1" from the back of the flange to the widest part.

They say my handle is not in production anymore. Surprise. Do you have any advice for a new one?
