This pivot bar is riveted on a window pro's window, I need several. I also need the coil balancers for these windows, the sash weighs 23lb. Hi there! Part of our pella door handle broke and we need a replacement. The part number is not matching up with anything on your website. It's a super easy fix just need the outer piece. Bad design resulted in the metal breaking at the junction. Here are a few photos to help.

The piece is 5 inches long and 1 1/8 wide. It's actually the plastic insert with the little wedge protruding from the end to hold the top of the window in the track.
