The top of the left piece is broken off,making the window slide right over the channel balance without catching it.these screw into the top,side of the window with one screw

Hi, I'm wondering if you can help identify this tilt latch. It slides into a groove in the top of the window and then the thumb slider snaps into place from above. To the best of my knowledge the windows were manufactured around 1990. They are double paned with aluminum frames. Thanks! ... (cont.)

The plastic bracket holds the bar that connects the two latches to the control lever on tall casement windows( vinyl, thermal pane ). I can't Find a name anywhere. The brackets are breaking causing the latch to be useless. The windows now don't seal, which is important in Minnesota. ... (cont.)

I have Gorell double hung tilt windows. Some of the sash vent lock are missing or won't stay in the unlock position. We also have another window that won't stay in the up position.
