Marvin Window operating mechanism

Etched number A1042000163. FRC247. CIC- 6 10. ??? The mechanism works but is stiff, however the small arm (see photo) is detached and prevents the window from fully closing unless I push it out of the way with my finger.

The sliding glass door will not lock. The mechanism seems to work inside the door. The latch on the door jamb looks like there is a lot of wear, and the latching mechanism does not engage
