I need a replacement for the broken part. Gave you measurements and style. Do you have one or two?

Our aluminum double hung windows are over 50 years old, according to our neighbors. Some of the nylon pivot shoes are missing the round allow locking cylinder insert into which the pivot bar rests. I need the two (missing) ballance springs (in a Caradco window) that are connected at the top to a 19-029 short clip and at the bottom to a 15-104 friction shoe. I believe this is for a metal industries storm door or possibly a Larson. It is the bottom clip on the storm door glass that fits in the track
