Need replacement for broken clutch.

Spiral window balancer with plastic clip at bottom. Spiral is 30 inch in length, tube is 30 inch in length with outside dimension of 1/2 inch. Spiral threads into the plastic bottom clip rather than screwing in. Rod screws into window frame at the top of the channel.

Do you carry this part? It's the back bracket for a kitchen drawer

Looking for a half dozen of these latches. No markings on them. They are 2 1/4" from center of the drill hole to hole. Approximately 3/4" wide and 2 3/4" long. Used with a Croft upward sliding window approximately 6 years ago.

Hi, We have a sliding glass door that is somehow missing its latch/lock mechanism, and hoping you can help supply us with the part! (sorry, I'm not sure of the name of the part, but it is the tab/lever located on the door handle which you'd pull down to lock the door once you slide it closed. Thin ... (cont.)

Old Norco casement windows. The part of the stripping that goes into the channel is 1/4 inch long. Seal looks like it's a hollow foam type, offset, maybe 3/8 inches in diameter.

I am not sure how to remove this from the window, but the metal piece inside the shoe has broken on a couple windows.
