trying to replace interior mechanisms for easy sliding . window won't stay open. Involves a track (29") x 1/2", and a block and pully that attaches to a spring. Can you help?

Looking for Pella sliding glass door replacement handle. Pella part # OF500001. The two bolts that hold the inside and outside door handles together are 7 3/4" apart. Any help would've be appreciated. Thank you. Tim.

Hi. Do you carry replacement parts for Pella casement windows? The crank works fine but I need replacements for the plastic housing that the crank sits in when not in use. The plastic tab is broken so the part does not fit tightly on the frame. I will need 6 pieces. Thanks.
