My 80 year old mother got locked outside her back door due to this faulty latch. The latch inside operating lever has little tension to remain in the up position. When the door was shut it fell downward to the locked position. We need the inside latch assembly which contains the operating lever. The ... (cont.)

I am looking to replace several of these brackets if they are available. The tracks themselves are aluminum as is the mirrored bi-folds doors themselves. I have a total of 16 sets of mirrored bi-folds, all in great shape except for these brackets. Hope you can help

I believe I have a 82-005 lock. The little plastic part that holds the latch in place has broke. Do you sell just the plastic part?

The sash clip (my terminology) on one side of the lower window must be broken. The clip won't stay up in the sash track. See photo. The window is Amerimax MG 4900 installed in 21007

Hi there, Looking for help matching the correct spiral balance. This one is 14 inches in length and has a plastic block on the end that can be slid off. Wash Assist Tilt-Wash - Double-Hung Window

Hello I need balancer cams for my windows but I'm not sure which one is the correct one

Old Basco shower, in very good condition. Just need the rubber sweep, (gasket) that slides into the aluminum frame at bottom of door. It is 29.5" long, and is clear.

We purchased a home "As Is". This door is an insulated slider the only markings on the door photo #33. The Door and the Handle are different colors making me believe it is not original. the house is about 21 years old, that may be the age of this door. There are no part numbers or markings at al ... The photos are PVC white window glazing for aluminum frame double hung Windows. The double pane glass are about 3/116 to 1/4" thick. The windows were installed in 2008. Thanks Michael
