After 6 decades, they seemed to be worn out from the harsh extreme Las Vegas heat after 6 decades. it has a metal / aluminum backing and is 1/4" wide and 1/4 inch high, but I'm thinking perhaps the height should be higher ... I'd like to replace the window balances in 3 windows. All have the same top and bottom plastic parts. The photos are of the longest at 37" with 3640 stamped on it. I have a 35" with 34-9 FA2 CMC 13 stamped on it. Then a 30" with 29-91675 stamped on it.

Harvey advised that these latches have been discontinued and referred me to you to find replacements.Attached are pictures of the product label and the two broken latches.(They were intentionally broken by police to gain entry in a medical emergency.)I hope you have suitable replacements.-Dennis ... We have these awning windows 58" X 34", interior wood (pine) exterior metal clad in a home built in 1999. The manufacturer is unknown to us. We may need new round knob crank hardware as well as screens and gaskets. Can you identify the product? I found no glazing stamp to go by.

These window supports are available it is the pin that it attaches to is the problem. As you can see in the picture, the pin falls out clip still attached. Any ideas on how this could be reconnected? Unable to find manufacturer. The track is 5/8 wide and the "rail" is "1/4-5/16" high.
