I have an 11 year old 3 panel sliding glass door - 2 sliders, 1 fixed. I need to replace the latch assembly. I am not sure what parts are needed. I have attached a couple of photos for identification.

This coil balance has a "4" stamped on it ,it measures 2-3/8 inch long , 1-1/4 wide and 9/16 thick. Does this part come loaded with the spring?
