Which is the correct replacement balance for this window?

appears to be a single coil where the spring snapped. sash is 12.8 lbs, i want to replace both springs, not just the broken one. 1/2" width balancer in a non-tilt sash, metal piece is 33" long, the sash itself weighs 25 pounds. Will be replacing four balancers (2 windows). I have replaced balancers purchased from swissco before
