The track for the window is missing, and I need your help to identify the part that I need to buy.

Pivot balance shoe

Trying to determine the replacement door sweep part. It is 1/2". A very small 'T' like top groove.

The center pin of the striker broke off. The pin allowed the handle to lock when fully closed. I need a replacement part please.

Hello,The inside of the handle has "CD 440". It's a Tri-State door. I want to know if you have a replacement. From my research the 82-036 might work.
