Hello, Can you please help me identify the correct replacement for what looks like a tanden balance (shown in photo). The broken coils are marked "4FC" and "5FC" (shown in photo). The coils are 15/32" wide. Can I replace this with one Series 161 9 lb single spring on each side, or do I need to re ... (cont.)

The currect latch is broken and I am looking for a replacement. There are no numbers or names on any of the hardware. The hole patterns on the latch and lock are 1 3/4" spread. The hole pattern on the handle from the top to the bottom screw is 5 1/2". The set is polished brass finish. ... (cont.)
