I ordered the wrong window cranks. Order number 3233330. They are the same but have one bend that makes them not work. If I could get the right ones I will place an order. Thank you

The pivot bar is 3" long with a about a 1/4" offset as shown in the pictures. Also, it is about a 1/4" wide and about 3/16" deep excluding the offset. Hi, Swisco,I ordered your 39-031 operator and tried to install it. However, my old operator has a flat, metal disc at the end of the arm. The new vinyl disc is too fat, and doesn't go into the track. Do you have a different operator, or do I need a different track?

Hello I did manage to remove the sliding rollers they are attached by two screws at each end. And one adjustment screw goes into the side.
