Tilt latches broke trying to remove screens. Previous home owners apparently never opened windows and latches are brittle and have broken. I think the part I need to order is 26-420 white. Hello, I need to replace some of these for my Chris Madden chest of drawers and nightstands by Bassett Furniture.

Trying to find a replacement.

I need two of the snap-in vent latches and the matching metal keeper. The window manufacturer is unknown.

The arm crank broke in closed position and I damaged the entire operator including track opening window to remove parts. This is for right side opening window.

Has internal locking that attaches to door handle

The holes are 4 inches apart. Just behind the handle is a white lock that goes up and down. I have looked all over the door for a name and can not find one.

Upper window in my double hung is hagging and wont stay up. This is the balance and I need a new set.

Can you please help me identify a replacement shelf support clip? I believe these are the original clips, cabinets were put in 1991, if that helps!

I have several casement windows operators that no longer work. I have included five photos of the operator that needs replacing. The metal tracks are ok but all the plastic parts cracked and the drawers cant stay on the track.

It will open the window but when you reverse it, it will not close the window but turns easily.

I need a replacement for this. They are at least 20 years old. TPUTI 1 imprinted on one arm. Short arms are about 3" and the long ones about 11.5. The crank cover is 5". Also how do I unclip or detatch the arms from the window?

Im looking to order these side mounted sliders. The slider attached to the inside of the cabinet measures 19". Should I order the 19-3/4" Self-Closing Drawer Slide Pair ?
