Hi, I have a couple broken channel balances. I see a couple that look comparable in the Swico site, but I want to ensure I'm choosing the correct product. The metal portion is 26" in length. There are numbers 2540 and additional markings, maybe T&B and 0. I just need two new ones for the one w ... (cont.)

There is a number, 640, stamped on the spring just below the screw. I did not find any numbers on the lock mechanism. I can get a weight on the sash if that helps. Thank you, Ed

The handle on the attached photo is broken and I need a replacement. The door is 10 years old. The total length of the handle is 9 inches. The space between the screw holes is 4 inches. The color is almond. Can you please let me know if you have a replacement handle. Thank you.

I don't know the name of the part in the picture but there are 2 if them in each side of the window that retract and pop back to lock the windows inside the channel and prevent it from rotating outside of the channel. Please help me locate the part. Thank you. ?
