Looking for simply to change tumbler with keys (seller did not leave them). If I have to, I will replace system

My glass door lock isn't latching. Hava ST rental and someone probably closed the door hard with the latch up. Need to find a replacement for this piece. It has a canadian patent from 1973 on it. Can't find a brand but need help with what to replace it with. Thank you

The first photo is the crank assembly (missing handle) on the right side of the window. It is no longer working and needs a handle. I need both parts. Contractor trew out mortise latches for both Jeld-Wen french door screens. I don't know what part number it is. The locking device broke off and is not functioning. Looking to replace the entire set. Almond/beige in color. Door product is from Alside and installed at least 15 years ago.
