Looking for a replacement

Small piece that attaches from the arm to the track of the window to swing the window open and close

I have Quaker Manchester double hung windows most of them don't hold theirselves up anymore the plastic pivot pieces are broke and can't find the parts for them

Hi: The channel balance Dimendions are 26" and marking numbers on the back are 2520 BSITH. I have included the photos.

I am looking for a closet door wheel assembly (Stylmark) with a 1 1/4" wheel, photo attached . I would take both right side and left side if available. this one is the right side one when facing the door.

I think the spring in the handle is getting worn. It is difficult to lock at times. There are no markings in the hardware of not the same set a nicer look would be acceptable we're looking for 2 replacement sets

I need to replace self-closing drawer slides to two kitchen cabinet pan drawes. The drawer slides fixed to the drawers are 21-5/8". The drawer slides fixed to the cabinet side are 23-5/8" ? Is that how the pairs of slides come ?

Do yall have this handle for my impact sliding door?

I have to replace window tilt latches on a number of my vinyl windows. I've attached a picture of the current latch and the window sill without the latch installed. The dimensions match the dimensions on your part number 26-244A. Do you think these will fit properly?I bought similar latches from ... (cont.)

Can these be replaced just from a model number? It's a model 5900 single hung window.

Hello, I'm looking for wool pile recommendations for Milgard V250 windows. The existing wool pile on my windows is very worn out, but rough measurements showed ~1/4" base and ~1/8" height. I'm curious if Milgard V250 windnows just use a standard size that I can purchase

Need 6 sliding patio door roller assemblies as per attached photos

I need several, all are the same. Length of channel, metal only is 27". Width is 1/2" on non open side. Open channel side has a small lip and is 5/8 across opening. hi -- this looks to be a tilt dash for an aluminum double hung window. Seems to measure 2-3/8 center to center but maybe it's really 2-5/16.

The hand came off with the shaft in it. Please let me know which part is needed.
