Hi I have an American Craftsman window with a lower sash that has broken/missing coil springs and housing. Screw holes are 2.7/16 apart and 7/8 wide. 5/16 thick and 3.3/4 long

Home was built in 2002/03 and some of the window sash balances and associated hardware have worn out, broken, or just become difficult to operate. Need to find replacements for this part. The one pictured is still in good shape, but others have corroded such that the tab that holds the screw for fastening to the bottom of the sliding panels has broken off. My window stop broke, the plastic piece and the metal spring. Can this be replaced? The plastic stop pictured is a working one.
