HaD condo bUILT in 2006/Centex homes. Have never removed screens.Homeowners association states some screens need fixed;my Husband and I removed 17 OF 20 SCREENS. While removing;noticing thet SCEEN PLASTIC/VINYL?? WEATHERSTRIPPING IS VERY DIRTY AND WORN. NEEDS REPLACED.Called local Centex homes;# doe ... (cont.)

HiPlease see the attached photos of my window and parts. The bubble weather-strip is deformed but appears to be 5/8" in diameter with a 3/16" base. The pile weather-stripping has a 1/4" base and appears to be approximately 3/16" in height. I need approximately 27-30' of the bubble seal and 85-100' o ... (cont.)

The sides are a standard foam compression seal like 58-056E, but while the bottom is a similar shape, it is larger and a very thick vinyl. There is a very large gap in the door threshold to fill. Thanks!

Simonton windows. Installed 2001. Cracked and worn mainly due to south facing windows.

This is an old Brosco window the stripping slides into the grove it's a 1/4 inch

These are from a aluminum window they slide on the bottom of window and the other one slides at the top. They are pretty warned down I'm not sure what the original height is . I need this same bead, but my picture window is 84" long. Is this an extrusion or molded? If extruded, can I get longer pieces?

I believe the doors are Milgard this goes on the door side into a channel.
