My crank to close my window seems to be stripped internally? I assume the window was built with house in 1989, but it may be more recent as remodel was done about 9 years ago. does it match operating sysmems 39-091,39-092?

On the website you list a roto casement window crank assy, does it come in any other colors besides white? The white assy part # is 39-092 Thanks Jim F
