Can you please help me identify this casement arm that is broken?

I've been struggling for 5 years to find operators like this all my hardware stores say they don't exist. It looks like they maybe called Roto or Rolo on the brass track arm. I have the roto base #G2OSCP01 #39-248looks it would work I also need the operator to go with the base mine is broken I just cant find it thank you.

I am looking for an awning window operator. It's written number 2 with letter B on it and also Roto on reverside.

I need to replace a welded knight casement window crank. There is a sticker on the frame that says NBP-K-007. The gears don't mesh any longer.

After looking at the site, I believe the operators I am trying to replace for a cusomer are discontinued. Can you; 1. confirm and 2. tell me is the 39-091 and -092 the correct rplacements? Thanx

My casement window operator is a roto operator. Similar to the 39_092. However the crank handle is inserted into the operator, not attached. The male/female ends are switched. The number on the handle is OP05-1502. I cant seem to find these handles. I appreciate your help.

I couldn't contact the company but they are at Crusader Ave, Cerritos, California and their showroom was in Anaheim, California. These are designed by REHAU.
