Hoping you can help ~ my Gorrell windows are 17 years old, still in good shape, but some of the handles need to be replaced. Can you please help with the correct size? I need to replace a welded knight casement window crank. There is a sticker on the frame that says NBP-K-007. The gears don't mesh any longer.

After looking at the site, I believe the operators I am trying to replace for a cusomer are discontinued. Can you; 1. confirm and 2. tell me is the 39-091 and -092 the correct rplacements? Thanx

My casement window operator is a roto operator. Similar to the 39_092. However the crank handle is inserted into the operator, not attached. The male/female ends are switched. The number on the handle is OP05-1502. I cant seem to find these handles. I appreciate your help.

My crank to close my window seems to be stripped internally? I assume the window was built with house in 1989, but it may be more recent as remodel was done about 9 years ago. On the website you list a roto casement window crank assy, does it come in any other colors besides white? The white assy part # is 39-092 Thanks Jim F
