39-092 ROTO Casement Operator

Talked with Tim on Friday four each right and left hinges and cranks

I need a replacement for the assembly, the inter cog has broken teeth. It is a Roto P4600 (see picture). The cut in the window is 5inches long and 0.5inches high. The width of the portion with the screws is just shy of 4 3/8 inches (about 4 5/15 inches). The spacing for the screws is 9/16 inch on ... (cont.)

I am looking for a white metal replacement arm and black plastic connector. These came with Milgard casement windows c. 2010. The handle had begun to spin without operating the window; when I disassembled the arm I saw that the plastic piece had become stripped.

Looking for a manufacturer and part number so I can replace one on another window. The part I am looking for is the top silver one that screws to the back corner of the window and has a slide clip on the other end. Any help is appreciated.

Hi, I have original casement windows on a 1990's house. They are hard to crank open and then impossible to crank closed. I have to push the window closed from the outside. I am attaching a picture with measurements of the pieces as well. I need three of the long pieces and three of the C clips as shown in photos. The bar is approximately 5 3/16" and the c clip is approximately 1 1/4".

The homeowner wants to change these items to white. 2 operators and 2 locks. Windows are a milgard brand. Series 3510 casement. Product line is 032-167. There are no part numbers on either the operator or the lock.

I've been struggling for 5 years to find operators like this all my hardware stores say they don't exist. It looks like they maybe called Roto or Rolo on the brass track arm. I have the roto base #G2OSCP01 #39-248looks it would work I also need the operator to go with the base mine is broken I just cant find it thank you.

I am looking for an awning window operator. It's written number 2 with letter B on it and also Roto on reverside.
