when closing the window the worm gear and handle comes out do I only need a new cover

Can you please identify this window crank and let me know what to order.

The window does not fully close at the bottom part of the window. the repair person says he can't find these parts anymore. He says he needs Sash, Hardware for hinge arm, sash pívot, rotor gear. The numbers on the parts are: EntryGard Truth Hardware 20755 40887 40941-A

These crank windows are very old. I am trying to replace the hardware that is shown in white as all the hardware we have is in brown. I see things on your website but I'm not sure if they're the right numbers. The parts are all Truth hardware. The casement window keeper I think the part number is ... (cont.)

Hello, Looking to replace the operator for my casement window because the mechanism opens the window but does not close the window when cranked the other way. Casement window that is around the 1990s. Can you let me know what model this is?

HI, I contacted Jeldwen about replacement hardware for our Caradco windows (circa 1998-2002). Do you have this crank (handle and operator cover in bright brass)? When turning the handle, the gearing attached to the handle spins itself out. Is this part broken or is a part missing ?
