Is this operator commercial? The one I have is very heavy duty and I had thought it was 22 series but I am probably wrong. Also the one I have has a 1" stem on the handle Not sure it matters the pivot shoe is different from your #39-312, #39-512 and #39-114L . please see the attached photos ... (cont.)

I have a casement operator with an 11" arm from the center of the wheel at the end, to the center of the gear. Do you have anything with that dimension?

I'm looking for a replacement part for a window crank. I've attached a couple photos, the only part number I see is 45002. The two arms connect to a guide bar on the bottom of the window. Can you tell me if you carry this part or something similar?
