Two LH window cranks are apparently stripped and need replacement. Obviously, this photo is of the RH side that works. On the mechanism, the name WindowGard Truth and the number 20755 is stamped. Thank you.

One of the Caradco window operators in my condo does not open the window when cranked unless the closed window is started to open by manually pushing it.
